The sweet tast of spring

Canadians go nuts for Maple syrup and I concur that nothing tasts better than a drowning pancake in the sweet golden nectar.

As the days start to get warmer Maple trees are tapped.





The sap is processed by heating to evaporate the water, leaving the concentrated syrup.
